Terms & Content Rules

Version: 2 October 2026. World Internet Domino is a paid digital internet project operated by UDL Intermedia Group in Germany. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. Contracting party and service

Your contracting party is UDL Intermedia Group, Gütersloher Strasse 5 - 33415 Verl GERMANY, email: info@1-mio-euro.com. Each purchase adds exactly one numbered digital domino placement to the public World Internet Domino chain. The price is €1 including applicable tax shown in checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring payment.

A placement may contain a nickname, country/team, short message and optional website URL. After successful payment, the fixed domino number is assigned automatically and the placement is made public.

1a. Peace Fund

The €1 purchase price is not a charitable donation by the buyer; it is payment for the described digital domino placement. UDL Intermedia Group voluntarily sets aside €0.10 from every successfully paid, non-refunded and still-visible domino for a future donation to a good cause. The recipient, timing and evidence of any later payout will be published separately and transparently. Until an actual payout occurs, the public Peace Fund counter refers only to the amount internally set aside for that purpose.

2. Public publication and search engines

Nickname, country/team, message, domino number and any optional website URL are intended for public display. Public domino pages may be crawled or indexed by search engines, web archives and other public services. Do not submit information that you do not want published.

3. What “permanent” means

“Permanent” means that the placement is intended to remain visible for the operating lifetime of the project. It is not a guarantee of eternal hosting or uninterrupted availability. Mandatory rights relating to deletion, blocking, withdrawal, privacy or other statutory remedies remain unaffected. Once allocated, domino numbers are generally not reassigned even after a placement is hidden, preserving the chronological chain.

4. User content, third-party rights and licence

You may submit only content and links that you are entitled to use and publish. Prohibited material includes illegal content, threats, hate content, sexual exploitation material, malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, spam, misleading content, unlawful personal data and infringements of copyright, trade mark, personality or other third-party rights.

For lawful publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, technically process, display and make the submitted content publicly available to the extent required to operate, secure and promote World Internet Domino. This licence applies only for as long and to the extent that the relevant use remains lawful and necessary for those purposes. Mandatory deletion and objection rights are not excluded.

5. Moderation, notices and abuse

We may block, hide or remove content or links where required by law, security, third-party rights, these terms, payment reversal or technical abuse. Duplicate activity, bots, automated entries, circumvention attempts, ranking/referral manipulation and other abuse may be blocked or reversed.

Every public domino page provides a reporting function. Potentially illegal content can be reported through Report a domino. The mechanism requests the exact location, reasons, legally required contact details and a good-faith statement. Decisions on reported content are generally made on an individual basis; technical form, URL and abuse checks do not replace legal assessment by automation.

6. Website links and SEO

There is no unconditional entitlement to publication or continued activation of an external link outside these terms and applicable law. User links are technically marked rel="nofollow ugc sponsored noopener". Unsafe, misleading, unlawful or abusive links may be disabled.

7. Rankings, Founding Supporters and referral points

Paid dominoes may automatically contribute to public rankings, including Global Top 100 countries, Daily Top 100, Popular Top 100, Founding Supporter views and country competitions. Rankings can change through new purchases, refunds and real usage. A placement or ranking position does not create any entitlement to a prize, payout or financial benefit.

Paid buyers may receive a personal referral link. A referral point is credited only for a genuinely paid order validly attributed to that link. Self-referrals, duplicate processing, artificial activity and manipulation do not count. Referral points and referral ranks have no cash value and create no payout entitlement.

8. No gambling or investment

There is no prize pool, wager, cash payout, financial return or investment product. A domino purchase buys only the described digital public placement.

9. Minors

Checkout is directed at adults with full legal capacity. Minors may order only where the contract can validly be concluded under the applicable law, including any required consent of a legal representative. Content that violates youth-protection law must not be submitted and may be removed.

10. Payment, early performance and withdrawal

Payments are processed by Stripe and the payment methods enabled there. Before moving to payment checkout, you must accept the Terms/Content Rules and separately expressly request that we begin providing the digital domino placement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not disappear merely because the placement becomes visible. To the extent the performance is legally classified as a paid service, the right may expire after full performance where the statutory requirements are met; special statutory rules apply where the performance is classified as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you withdraw after expressly requesting an early start of a paid service, proportionate payment for the part already provided may be due where the law so provides. 11. Refunds

Refunds are made where required after a valid withdrawal or under other mandatory statutory rights. We also review refunds for proven duplicate payments, technical errors or a paid placement that could not be provided. If content is removed because of a breach of law or these rules for which the user is responsible, the moderation action alone does not create an additional contractual refund entitlement; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

12. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, technical incidents, attacks, infrastructure or payment-provider failures and force majeure may temporarily limit availability.

13. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where liability is mandatory by law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

14. Sanctions and legally prohibited use

Use is permitted only where it does not violate applicable sanctions, embargo, export-control or other mandatory rules. We may refuse, block or reverse transactions or publication where legally required.

15. Contract languages and applicable law

Contract languages are German and English. In the event of inconsistencies, the German version governs interpretation to the extent legally permitted. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of a consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
