Withdraw contract

You can use this function to electronically withdraw from an online contract. For the deadline, timely submission through this function is what matters.

Notice of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal statement. We generally use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you expressly requested that a paid service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, proportionate payment for the part of the service provided up to withdrawal may be due where the law so provides. Special statutory rules apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
